From the M1 Motorway Junction 28 follow the signs for A38 East - Mansfield (coming Southbound this will be your 1st exit, coming Northbound this will be your 4th exit). You will see East Midlands Designer Outlet on your right-hand side. At the first set of traffic lights filter left onto the B6027 - Common Road. Go over the 1st and 2nd mini roundabouts, you will then see Beardsleys’ building on your right-hand side. Move into the right-hand filter lane and turn down the road before our building. In front of you will be some metal gates, you will need to press ‘A1’ on the right-hand keypad for the gates to be opened for you.
